Columbia Credit Union Washougal was Team’s first project the that received LEED gold certificaiton. The new single-story building (approx 3,988 sf) has a remote teller drive-thru with canopy and vault. The exterior walls are metal siding with smooth fiber cement board. The roofing is tectum roof deck system. All exterior windows are aluminum alloy with rotating ventilator and storefront systems that are fixed aluminum-framed systems with dark anodized finish. The site work includes parking areas, asphalt paving with curbs and sidewalks, trash enclosure, landscaping, irrigation, and utilities.
