Oversee management of multiple projects from initial project proposals to owner turnover. Manage and assign field crews, project staff and company resources including vehicle, tools and equipment. Prepare and submit project proposals and estimates as needed; attend meetings for projects in pre-construction phases, and provide value engineering to get projects prepared for final budgeting. Responsible to assist in marketing of TEAM Construction and locating project opportunities for future work with owners, developers, architects and tenants
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Set up project budget, contracts and schedule
- Maintain and control overall project budget, schedule and billings
- Attend site meetings and coordinate minutes with office staff
- Approve A/P for responsible projects
- Coordinate & make recommendations for personnel issues for field staff
- Assist with the organization’s various databases
- Collection activities when necessary
- Be a positive role model for other staff and members in regards to behavior, attire, communication and professionalism
- Ensures that a clean, safe, friendly, family environment is maintained at the corporate office
- Responsible for additional duties as assigned by employee’s supervisor
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS include the following:
- Project Management experience, minimum 5 years
- Previous field construction experience
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
- Demonstrated ability with Time Management Skills
- High level computer and math skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BA or BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or 5 years work experience
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:
- Current American Red Cross CPR
- Safety Training
