During the pre-construction phase, TEAM Construction will work closely with the owner’s representatives and the design team to develop a schematic design that establishes the general scope, conceptual design, scale and relationships among the components of the project. The primary objective is to arrive at a clearly defined, feasible concept while exploring the most promising design solutions.
Project Feasibility – The most important part of any project is that it is feasible for the client. It is our goal to make sure a project is viable as soon as possible.
Conceptual / Preconstruction Estimating – It is our goal to give you the most accurate budget that we can no matter what stage you are in, whether it be a simple sketch or a complete set of plans and specifications. We do this from our vast experience and understanding current costs and market conditions.
Design Team Coordination – We can help you and the design team to make decisions that keep the project goals in mind from early stages through construction.
Agency Assistance – Work with the project team and jurisdictions to submit and track permitting and timeframes
Cost Estimate / Bidding Phase – Solicit and obtain proposals from qualified subcontractors and suppliers. Review and evaluate proposals from completeness and prepare a final budget for owner’s approval.
Value Engineering – Provide alternate solutions that meet the project quality and schedule requirements
