A Project Engineer have an upbeat, can-do attitude, be a strong team player, and an innovative problem solver. The PE will participate in scheduling, procurement, shop drawing review, cost reviews and project close-out. They will assist in the preparation of Owner, Subcontractor, and Vendor change orders and prepare reports as requested by the Project Manager Responsible to assist in marketing of TEAM Construction and locating project opportunities for future work with owners, developers, architects and tenants
A carpenter is described as a craftsman whose skill and experience level are greater than a laborer with tools and knowledge of a trade. This position requires the ability to work within precise standards of accuracy, compare and see differences in the size, shape and form of lines, figures and objects. Look at flat drawings of pictures or plans and understand the finished product. Serve as a project foreman on smaller projects as needed. Oversee management of multiple projects from initial project proposals to owner turnover. Manage and assign field crews, project staff and company resources including vehicle, tools and equipment. Prepare and submit project proposals and estimates as needed; attend meetings for projects in pre-construction phases, and provide value engineering to get projects prepared for final budgeting. Oversee supervision of single or multiple projects from preconstruction activities through owner turnover. Supervise field crews, project foreman and sub contractors. Prepare project estimates as needed; attend project meetings as needed.
