Ryan Dooley

VICE PRESIDENT

Ryan Dooley joined TEAM Construction in 2008. He has over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the construction industry and leads all sizes of construction projects. Ryan is highly motivated and takes great pride in making projects a success.

David Gunsul

President

David Gunsul joined TEAM as President and Co-Partner in 2015. He is a 34 year veteran of Portland based R&H Construction. Dave is a Vancouver native and will be managing operations for TEAM.

Paul Hodge

CEO

Paul Hodge joined TEAM as a Co-partner in 2005. Previous to this, he spent 17 years in the banking industry in Clark County. He graduated from Linfield College in 1987 with a BA in Business. Paul has been a resident of Vancouver for the last 30 years.

Eric Lindberg

Vice President / Chief Estimator

Eric Lindberg has held the role of Chief Estimator for the past four years. Previous to that, he has served as an estimator, project foreman and carpenter for TEAM starting in 1995. Eric grew up in Vancouver and is a graduate of Prairie High School.

Mack Thames

VICE PRESIDENT

Mack Thames joined TEAM construction in 2015. Previous to that he spent that the last 13 years working on a verity of projects including Heavy Civil, Commercial, Tenant Improvements, Concrete Tilt-Ups and Multi-Family projects. Mack graduate from Oregon State University in 2002 with a degree in Construction Engineering Management. When not working Mack enjoys traveling, being with his family and exploring the outdoors.
