Team Construction was selected as the General Contractor for Clark College’s Dental Hygiene remodel. The 5,268 square foot project included the complete demolition of the existing space on a busy campus with adjacent rooms occupied during construction. All aspects of mobilization, staging, “loud work”, and phasing was carefully coordinated. Extensive underslab work was required for electrical and plumbing work including a dental utility trench for medical gas, air and water distribution. Each trench was precisely laid out to to accomodate the 30 dental chairs and consoles in the space.
