The Pacific Pearl Apartments is an 18-unit low income housing in-fill project located in South Bend, WA. This design/build project was developed jointly by Common Ground of Seattle and the Longview Housing Authority. TEAM was selected as the General Contractor through an RFP process and participated in all pre-construction planning including facilitating the design-build aspects of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
